Is there a doctor in the house?

My laptop is very ill. Frankly, I don't know what the problem is. I find viruses that een after cleaning continue to return. I've also been updating drivers recently. en though my wireless connection is excellent...my browsers (IE and Firefox) are extremely slow. My McAfee has been magically turned off.

I ran Adaware and Spybot in safe mode...the following are the viruses found. Unfortunately I can't find any info on the Zperm virus!
