Exclamation SecurePCCleaner...Removal for a beginner!! PLEASE!
I know a fair amount about PC's but not enough to get the hang off what to do when a virus strikes.
Just today i had warnings of a trojan virus and now i am constantly getting pop ups with regards to SecurePCCleaner telling me to dowload its Software, i have attempted to just closed the windows but yet the continue to pop up and i also have my self a rather lavish new desktop background in the form of bright red with a warning of
"Your Privacy is in Danger!"
"Download Privacy Protection Software Now!"

Like hell im stupid enough to follow that!

But i've looked across the internet to find ways to fix it manually because i refuse to download anything which claims it will clear all viruses across my internet completely no matter how free it is because i just cant trust them.
So i've seen a lot of places where it has just told me to search for the file and delete it but there is nothing under the file name or similar in any of my hard drives.
I've even unhidden file extensions for known file types and unhidden protected operating system files thorugh the control panel gone into safe mode and again attempted to search for the virus files and delete them but they are no where to be found and still the pop up's continue to pop up!!!

So how can i manually fix this without preferably rebooting the entire pc or downloading any software????

help me please!! course work needed to be completed in a week and it cant be done with viruses everywhere!!!

xxx
