Hello ~ this is my first time and need some help. I can no longer use the Snapfish Quick Upload Tool, each photo must be uploaded one at a time. They recommended removing Quick Upload by following these steps:

First, navigate away from all Snapfish pages.
1. In Internet Explorer, choose "Tools"
2. Go to "Internet Options". This brings up the "General" page.
3. There, press "Settings" in the "Temporary Internet Files" section.
4. In the "Settings" dialog box, press the "View Objects" button.
5. You’ll see a list of all the controls you've installed. Right-click on "Snapfish File Upload ActiveX Control" and select "remove".
6. Clear your browser cache and temporary internet files BEFORE logging back into your Snapfish account.

However, when I Right-click on Snapfish Activia the only option is properties. There is no delete option! I tried to go to Control panel>Programs>Programs and features try to uninstall the program but I can not find such program.
