Unhappy Comuter Issues... Help?
I'm having this problem with my Apple Ipod, both 2nd gen. Nano and 3rd gen Nano (i bought the 3rd gen becuase I thought the 2nd gen was broken). I don't know exactally when it started happening but everytime I'd plug in my Ipod I'd get an error message saying "Ipod service module has encountered a problem and needs to close" I looked around and saw that a lot of other people have been having trouble with the same thing, I've tried everything less of reformatting my entire computer (to which I don't have a disk to restore Windows XP.) So I tried to uninstall the "Apple Software Update" however everytime I try a long error message comes up saying "There is a problem with this Windows Installer Package. A program run as a part of this setup did not finish as expected. Contact your support personnel or package vendor."
To top it off Spybot is having a problem with TrojanC?
Everytime I try to run a scan on my computer an error message comes up halfway though "C:\Program Files\Spybot - Search _Destroy\Indudes\TrojansC.sbi See 'Include errors.log' for details."

I really don't know what to do here..
Or how to get the Trojans off my computer.
My Computer is a Dell Latitude C610 Refrub (Christmas Present)
Windows XP Home SP3 All Updates
BitDefender Antivirus (dont know if you need that)

-.- Ugh.. I need help.
I know there's more problems I just don't remember them... *tear*
