Need help removing http://ad.yieldmanager.com/st%3Fad_type

We have windows vista and have looked for the googleADF or 'browseraddressredirect...' (or something like that) under installed programs and did not find them.

We have Windows Defender and McAfee, however when I was trying to figure this problem out I found out that Windows Defender is turned off...don't know if DH turned it off or if it has been off this whole time...a while back I had to download FixIEDef to solve another problem.

Do I need additional software?

I am clueless to all this so any help is greatly appreciated.

I can't seem to find any information on how to remove this, http://ad.yieldmanager.com/st%3Fad_type from our Vista system. I basically get redirect to this page when I am checking yahoo mail.

Please help.

Click here to download HJTInstall.exe

• Save HJTInstall.exe to your desktop.
• Doubleclick on the HJTInstall.exe icon on your desktop.
• By default it will install to C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis .
• Click on Install.
• It will create a HijackThis icon on the desktop.
• Once installed, it will launch Hijackthis.
• Click on the Do a system scan and save a logfile button. It will scan and the log should open in notepad.
• Click on "Edit > Select All" then click on "Edit > Copy" to copy the entire contents of the log.
• Come back here to this thread and Paste the log in your next reply.
• DO NOT have Hijackthis fix anything yet. Most of what it finds will be harmless or even required.
