Here are some final instructions for you.

Follow these steps to uninstall Combofix and all of its files and components.
  • Click START then RUN
  • Now type Combofix /u in the runbox and click OK. Note the space between the X and the U, it needs to be there.

The following program will remove some of the tools we've used and their associated files and backups and then it will delete itself.

Please download OTMoveIt2 by OldTimer.[list][*]Save it to your desktop.[*]Make sure you have an Internet Connection.[*]Double-click OTMoveIt.exe to run it. (Vista users, please right-click on OTMoveIt2.exe and select "Run as an Administrator")[*]Click on the CleanUp! button[*]A list of tool components used in the cleanup of malware will be downloaded.[*]If your firewall or real-time protection attempts to block OTMoveIt2 to reach the Internet, please allow the application to do so.[*]Click Yes to begin the cleanup process and remove these components, including this application which will delete itself.[*]You will be asked to reboot the machine to finish the cleanup process. If you are asked to reboot the machine choose Yes.
I uninstalled Combofix and installed OTMoveIt2. WHen I pressed Cleanup!, it froze and became not responding. I tried it again and the same thing happened. Is that supposed to happen?

I got OTMoveIt2 working.

I created a system restore point.

I have AVG anti-spyware right now. Is SpywareBlaster better than that? From what I read about AVG, it probably is, right?

Support will be ending for AVG Anti-Spyware I think around the end of August so you should change to something else like SuperAntiSpyware or MalwareBytes Anti-Malware. You can still run SpywareBlaster alongside as they don't have the same type of functions.

I've done everything you said. One question: can I have SuperAntiSpyware, MalwareBytes Anti-Malware, and SPYWAREBLASTER at the same time? I also have avast.

I would only keep one of either SuperAntiSpyware or MalwareBytes but definitely keep SpywareBlaster. It will be fine with either one.
