Exclamation I think i have a trojan....
as from the title,I think I have a trojan. I'm not entirely sure how I got it but its there.I dont know which one it is either but these are the mainmost problems:

|1|. I started getting a message from my toolbar saying "windows has detected spyware infection!it is recommended to use special antispyware tools to pervent" etc etc. I noticed this and thought that windows does'nt normally have typos in it as they would have tested it and fixed it.this came up every 2 or so minutes.

|2|. I tried to see if I could stop it with task manager (ctrl-alt-delete) but it said "task manager has been disabled by your administrator".this would be impossible as I am the only person who uses my computer and I was using it before to cancel another non-responive program.

Can anybody help me deal with this problem?
