Over the past couple of weeks, I've had this voice come on my laptop when IE is or isn't open saying "Congratulations you've won..." It could be a Wii or an iPod nano - and it's both a guy and a girl talking. "Who doesn't like free stuff?" it sometimes says. I notice that in "Internet Options," my Privacy setting will be changed to "Accept All Cookies" even though I'll apply it to medium-high. It changes right back automatically. I get pop-ups even when IE isn't open. I can't even keep movies full-screen for more than a minute b/c the pop-ups will minimize them.

I have CA AntiVirus, SuperAntiSpyware, Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and CC Cleaner. The CA, MBAM and SAS seem to pick up diff't Trojans (Trojan FakeAlert/Trace, Trojan MSANSSPC, Vundo Variant, etc.) that I always erase/reboot when detected (as recommended by the programs), but the viruses are always back when I reboot. I've tried even scanning for viruses/malware in SafeMode and hitting System Restore on a normal Windows reboot to see if I could get back to my old settings. Nothing is working. Please help...I just want to be able to watch movies and surf again with a healthy computer w/o the ridiculous chatter in the background and pop-ups...

...and, it looks like I also have the Antivirus 2009 bug. The popups keep telling me how spyware wrecks my computer, I click the "X" in the top right corner (always) and then I get sent to an Antivirus 2009 page.
