Trojan virus infection
So last week my computer was perfectly fine, and then randomly I get infected with these disgusting things called "trojan virus" It's not the first time either. They've crashed my computer several times over these past few years.

I have AVG, Zone Alarm and Wondows Defender, because I'm just that paranoid. So far this week AVG has been doing a good job letting me know that things are infected and allowing my to rid of the infected files. Yet, the day before christmas, I turned on my pc and the monitor would not respond. I unplugged it for a few seconds and restarted the computer and it worked after a few finutes of waiting. Yet, the pc itself was running a heck of a lot slower than normal, to the point where explorer.exe would not run at start up. I couldn't even use system restore.

Now everytime I turn on the pc, the monitor does the same thing, and each time it takes longer for it to actually work. Explorer.exe actually shows up at starup again, but the pc is still very slow. I figured out that it was the computer that wasn't starting up properly. The reason the monitor will not respond i, because the computer itself is not starting up right away. It makes noises and then it will take about 15 to 20 minutes to actually show that it's starting up. The noises it makes kind of scare me, because this computer is really quiet and it's being uber noisy for some reason.

Today (friday, dec 26th) I get an alert from AVG, ( get them about 20 times per day), saying:

File Name: C:\\WINDOWS\TEMP\tmp33.eve
Threat Name: Trojan horse Generic12.ADHJ
Detected on open.

File Name: C:\\WINDOWS\TEMP\tmp33.exe
Threat Name: Trojan horse Generic12.ADHJ
Detected on open.

Details:

Process Name: C\\WINDOWS\system32\rundll32.exe
Process ID: 15816

Process Name: C:\\WINDOWS\system32\ZoneLabs\avsys\Monitor.exe
Process ID: 1804

Now, I know that the ZoneLabs file is for Zone Alarm.

Upon seeing this code, I do what my instict is, hit the "remove threat" button. Yet, I get another message saying that I could cause my computer to crash if I do delete them. I got scared, so I didn't and left the window open.

What should I do? And how do I get rid of this pesky thing?! It multiplies!
