| [HijackThis Log] Specific Help and general advice. TechGuy Virgin, be nice. Workmate asked my to have a look at their Toshiba Laptop after it started going nuts on them; it had taken to opening up a large number of IE windows, in what I'm guessing is an attempt at profit driving via bumping Advertising Links, before finally breaking. In a futile attempt at solving the problem, my colleagues partner tried to dump a whole load of Anti-Virus/Spyware software on the system in an attempt at fixing it, but now all it's doing is taking up the memory... Anyway, long story short, would you guys have a look at the following log, see what's what for me, and also pass on any general information and helpful hints that you may have for one such as I. I've not been able to find it to have a look through it. |
