Can't do anything. :(

For two weeks now my computer has been infected pretty bad. My task manager has been disabled, it takes FOREVER to start up, internet opens up spamming my desktop (which, by the way, has forcefully been changed to an obnoxious warning) as well as my documents for some reason, explorer freezes a lot, i cannot transfer files to or from cd's flash drives, or external drives, and accessing the internet has become an impossible task. Unfortunately i have no way of getting HijackThis onto my computer and even if i did i would have no way of posting the log. Please, if someone could help me do this (hopefully) i would be very greatful)

Also, Nod32 could not find anything unfortunately.
