Hi. I recently got a brand new computer from Dell with Windows Vista. Nice computer. Runs great. Then I did the dumbest thing and tried downloading an old BearShare program. It did not download properly so I unistalled it but I got stuck with all these spywares/adwares that I can't delete because of an agreement. I just ignored it because there didn't seem to be any problems until yesterday. I turned on my computer and a little rectangular blue screen popped up saying that I don't have virus protection and that I need to download anti-virus number-1 which I knew was a bunch of BS. So, today i turn on my computer to have McAfee tell me that they removed a trojan (causing me to do a complete scan and to my suprise it didn't find anything wrong) and anti-virus number-1 now popping up with a fake virus scans telling me there are 43 detected items. Also, there is another window popping up pretending to be Windows Security Center telling me my malware protection is off. Yet another BS. I clicked on the real Windows Security center and it tells me everything is ok. I downloaded Ad-Adware and it detected items but only deleted cookies . I next ran the Windows Defender full scan and it only appeared to have gotten rid of one item. I have also ran my Yahoo! Anti-Spy on my Yahoo! toolbar but it cannot delete these adwares because of some agreement.

Also, as I mentioned before I have pop ups telling me that I am not protected, fake scans, fake windows secuirty center, and 2 icons in the task bar that look like shields. One is red with an "X" and the other looks like a windows shield which is actually the anti-virus number-1. The pop ups come up from the taskbar and on the screen randomly.
