Exclamation Crashing And Freezing During Start Up
I share a family computer, and for reasons unknown for me, the computer's antivirus program was turned off and a seven year old was permitted online. She downloaded Antivirus 2009 and I soon found myself elbow deep in problems. After many attempts, I believe I have completed rid the computer of that specific pain, but now the computer is infected and I am unable to turn on my firewall for more than a few minutes and my antivirus software is inaccessible. The computer will start up normally, but as soon as I get to the login screen, she starts to freeze up. If she doesn't freeze up, I can login, but she'll either freeze up again or just crash, with no Blue Screen of Death. I'm currently using her on Safe Mode with Networking, but I've been unable to access the computer in any other way. I would very much appreciate any help.

More symptoms have came up in the past few days.
Google results redirecting to incorrect and spam sites.
Blue screen of death with error "DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL" after start up.
Unable to run any anti-virus, anti-spyware, anti-malware, or virus removal softwares.
I would very much appreciate help with this problem.
