Angry Help, PC is very SLOW and has some malware-ish progs!!
Hi,
I have an semi-old Pen III with 730Mhz and 384MB ram(?), that I mostly use for my insurance business-related stuff at home. But it has become extremely slow, and has some questionable processes. i did a HJ v.2 scan and took the log:

HOWEVER, I don't wanna mess with the insurance-business required software (like MAfee Viruscan and this other VPN, and Citrix networks stuff that allows me to work-from-home, so PLEASE if something looks like it could be legit, ask me to test it or whatnot... thanks!

ps: I've already disabled all the "XP appearance " that consumes xtra ram and left the system adjusted for best performance under My PC Properties. but its still slow!!
