I recently got a virus and I cannot seem to get rid of it and my friend told me to come to this site.

I ran a virus scan using SuperAnti Spyware free edition and took a screen shot of what it came up with, also in the picture is the popup i constantly have in the lower right hand part of my computer screen

every now and my internet will open by itself with ads for spyware removal, also, when i try and do ctrl+alt+del it says my task manager has been disabled by my administrator which for one i am the admin and have no idea how to disable that. also when i ran the virus scan and saw the folder that the file was in i tried going to it so i could manually delete it but could not find it, so i tried viewing the hidden files which i could not do (i know how to view hidden files but the view folders options menu was not there). i tried booting my computer in safe mode and running the virus scan and it found nothing, it only comes up with stuff when i boot normally.
