UPDATE: PLEASE HELP ME FINISH FIXING THE PC HIJACK MESS? I THINK I FIXED IT SOMEWHAT~ BUT NOT SURE WHAT TO DO NEXT- HJT & MALWAREBYTES LOGS ARE POSTED. THANK YOU FOR ANY ASSISTANCE!

What happened; First, Pop did some spring cleaning on the desktop in the last few days deleting the antivirus Avast! and Xoftspy I had on the PC! What was he thinking!!! Then my 9 yr old, who feels so bad now, gets on and somewhere clicked something and now I have this pop-up for the "Personal Antivirus" that wants you to pay 80$ to get rid of all these so called viruses it found on the pc. It won't uninstall and when I go on IE it will go to a site but then switches to page with www.blank in browser and blocks me from doing anything else. So I searched the trogan.win32.agent.azsy and kinda understand what it is. I put the antivirus Avast! back on, and I also have Xoftspy reinstalled. I went to this link www.pcbutts1.com/downloads then use the email link on the bottom of the page to receive the software. Didn't work. Then I went to this http://remove-malware.net/how-to-rem.../#comment-2532 and did what it suggested by using the dnload to a makware remover. But I am unemployed the last yr and so broke I cant afford the fee. Then it is showing little window at bottom right taskbar that a worm is detected now! I finally remembered this site name and logged on and did some reading in other post but not sure if the directions will help me. I have done a HighJackThis dnload and will run it and get it posted, but if any of the infections, found on the Malwarebytes that are quarintined (have log on that too saved and the pop up's stopped after it finished running scan~ and isn't in my start menu either~ maybe I don't have to pay??? and now I just have to clean out the files???) , affect the HJT???? And I'm also not sure how to use the HJT. *sigh... (ok think I did the HJT log right~)

cant someone please please help? My cousin Pop uses his pc for work at home for his job in sales/new accounts~ i went back to the malwarebytes and decieded to hit the delete on the infected files. Ran malware again, it found nothing, but the anti-virus Avast! warns of virus infections... I tried to read through other post and do it myself so I wouldnt be begging here for help, but I am at a loss~ thank you for any consideration in helping me clean the pc up for him.
