[Capt Howdy]

I have a virus, I've been trying to get rid of for awhile now, but to no such luck for me. When I search on Google and then click on one of results found I am taken to a totally different, mostly advertisement type of website 95% of the time, making it very hard to research the problem. Luckily I was able to get into this website and I am praying that someone here can help me. I have installed, updated, and ran MBAM, but it didn't help. I am running Kaspersky AV and it hasn't helped. I have had some other little things going on too that I don't know if they are related or not, for instance, my DNS settings go blank, my Folder Options vanished from my Control Panel.... I've taken care of these, but again, I can't get rid of the Google search problem. Please help. Here is a copy of my Hijack This log:
