since yesterday my computer has been running...well different. when i go to my homepage it comes up fine.I use myspace so lets just say i click on my profile.my browser or someone or something redirects me to some weird *** sites.i dont know what is going on and i have been getting the blue error screens too.on my virus protection software i accesed my recent events log and it tells me a **** load of ip's are trying to acces my computer.i banned them all,but nothing seems to be working.almost EVERY page i go to it redirects me to a site that ive never heard of.it took me like 20 times to even get to this page. please help?

Hmm..this sounds like a hack, or possibly a virus attack. Don't panic though. Do a full virus scan and anti spyware scan after booting in safe mode. And install a decent firewall. I would recommend comodo firewall, which you can download for free from this link:

Hello Jescoolz. You could try malwarebytes if you think that you have been infected with something for firewalls and any antivirus software go to filehippo.

Download SuperAntiSpyware and MalwareBytes( if you don't already have them), update them, then do a complete scan with both.

Start it and run a scan with it.

As has been mentioned, I would recommend getting Malwarebytes to help keep the computer protected in the future.

Go here and download and install Malwarebytes Anti-Malware 1.37, as advised.

After it's installed, run its update function and get it up-to-date with the latest definition files.

Hold off for now running a scan with it and allowing it to fix anything, unless a malware expert advises you otherwise.

Please be careful of your language even if starred out by the censors. There's no need for that.

Please visit Combofix Guide & Instructions for instructions for installing the recovery console and downloading and running ComboFix.

The only thing different from the instructions there is that when downloading and saving the ComboFix.exe I would like you to rename it to Combo-Fix.exe please.

Post the log from ComboFix when you've accomplished that along with a new HijackThis log.

Important notes regarding ComboFix:

ComboFix may reset a number of Internet Explorer's settings, including making it the default browser. This can easily be changed once we're finished.

ComboFix also prevents autorun of ALL CDs, floppies and USB devices to assist with malware removal & increase security. If this is an issue or makes it difficult for you, please let me know. This can be undone manually when we're finished. Read HERE for an article written by dvk01 on why we disable autoruns.

Note: During this process, it would help a great deal and be very much appreciated if you would refrain from installing any new software or hardware on this machine, unless absolutely necessary, until the clean up process is finished as it makes our job more tedious, with additional new files that may have to be researched, which is very time consuming.

Also, please do not run any security programs or fixes on your own as doing so may compromise what we will be doing. It is important that you wait for instructions.
