Hi. I got a Dell Studio XPS 13 computer in February, and started having a lot of problems on it a couple months ago.

Everyday the computer will freeze and most days a blue screen will come up. Sometimes it takes me up to 8 times of restarting my computer before I can get back through to my desktop without everything refreezing.

Dell tech support recommends resorting back to factory settings, but I was hoping that someone here would be able to help without having to erase everything.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!
