Hello I'm in need of some good help.

I have some type of malware or spyware on my computer. Whenever I search an item in google it will redirect me to another completely irrelevant site and i'll have to click back and repeat the steps several times in order to successfully reach the link. I used Malware Bytes, AVG Free and Super Anti-Spyware to try to get rid of the problem and they still dont work. I booted my comp in safe mode and ran all of these programs again and still no luck. Updating my Java has really helped either. I recently downloaded HijackThis and wanted to post my log to see if I could get some help.
