| It looks like you got rid of Spyware Doctor, Spybot, and Ad-Aware.  --------------------------------------------------------------- Run a scan with SUPERAntiSpyware. It should take 25 - 30 minutes. After it's done, allow it to select and fix everything it found. Run a scan with Malwarebytes. It should take less than 10 minutes. After it's done, allow it to select and fix everything it found. Restart your computer afterwards. Post a new HijackThis log here. ------------------------------------------------------------- |

| slow computer Hi Flavelee When i downloaded malwarebtes i downloaded the one you buy.I used it when you told me to update. but today i uninstalled it and tried 3 time to download the free one. Each time i click to download a dropdown appears:- NO APPLICATION IS ASSOCIATED WITH THIS FILE. No problem with superantispyware I have a software i no longer use Serif ImpactPlus 60.94MB I have tried many times to delete it from control panel. Just won't budge. A registy item, you can just double-click on it to finish the first 1/3 of the first Word Document (I advise that you read through the word document first anyway, incase you don't like some of the changes) http://files.getdropbox.com/u/124027...y%20Tweaks.reg 4. This will undo all changes from the above registry item (except one, see below) http://files.getdropbox.com/u/124027...AllChanges.reg 5. This is the Registry item that you are advised to keep (see first Word doc).
