Hey these last couple days my macbook has been doing all kinds of strange things including but not limited to:

random power shut offs <-- rare
explorer.exe crashes <---- VERY COMMON (on shutdown, and during use)
internet instability <-- New
internet explorer crash (buttons not working, randomly closing) <-Commom
on reboot earlier my sound card dissappeared and I had to run the bootcamp disc and install it again....
2x iexplore.exe?
svchost using 70k+ memory?
explorer.exe using 36% of CPU sometimes?

thats all I can think of atm, but its all been gradually increasing over the last week.

have avast running at all times, have run malwarebytes and superantispyware as well as ccleaner multiple times only coming up with tracking cookies

halp?
P.S. I know my way around my computer and generally know most things about it, but im not trained or extremely knowledgable, but if you refer to something ill likely understand what you're talking about.
