I am experiencing problems with Trojan Wincod, internet brower has been Hijacked and am being redirected to purchase Personal Antivirus.

I was told to run HiJack this to identify the process but now that I have the log I don't know what to do with it or how to identify the processes involved.

I tried using info from some websites advising how to remove Trojan Wincod but the filenames, etc. referenced don't seem match my system files.

Any help would be appreciated. Below is a copy of the HiJack log.
