My computer has recently been infected by a virus. This all occured after i reformatted my PC; I was installing my ATI HD 2600 Pro drivers (which i downloaded from the amd website) and then avast suddenly flared up with virus alert messages, and some of these programs weren't even viruses (cmd,iexplorer,run,etc).

So I reformatted my PC again but this time I download the ATI drivers from somewhere else, and soon as i finished installing the same virus alerts happened again but this time i was using AVG.

The virus doesn't allow me to connect to the major anti-virus websites and some spyware removal forums (thank god for this site). I'm afraid that this virus is more harmful than I expect and could possibly be virut.

I really need to install these drivers but the only thing stopping me is this stupid virus. I would REALLY,REALLY,REALLY appreciate the help.
