Here is my hijackthis log file. I hope that you or a member of the Tech Support Guy team can help figure out this problem. It appears the I have a malware called "TrojanSPM/LX" on my machine and my Norton Anti-virus first caught the intrusion attempt, but it appears that it did not fix the problem entirely.
