| Start OTS. Copy/Paste the information in the code box below into the pane where it says "Paste fix here" and then click the "Run Fix" button. The fix should only take a very short time. When the fix is completed a message box will popup telling you that it is finished. CLick the OK button and Notepad will open with a log of actions taken during the fix. Post that information back here along with a new HijackThis log please. Code: Kill All Processes]

| This seems to be a very old computer and you're running some outdated programs. I assume you're now running AVG and not using Norton 2003, which is very old anyway. If that's the case then please go to the Control Panel - Add or Remove programs and remove the following. Java 2 Runtime Environment, SE v1.4.1_02 Norton AntiVirus 2003 Viewpoint Media Player Yes, you definitely need to add some more RAM. Has this computer ever been reformatted? Exactly how old is it? Please go to the following link and run Secunia and post the resulting report back here. http://secunia.com/vulnerability_scanning/online/

| Why are you not up to date on your MS critical updates? You need to take care of all of those outdated programs to update them so vulnerabilities are patched. Please post a new HijackThis log. |
