Hello;
I've got a new laptop (about 2 months old) which has suddenly started to run very slowly and a few programmes refuse to run. I downloaded a movie yesterday which turned out to be a fake! I've learned my lesson about file sharing!!

Well, I didn't notice that anything was wrong with my computer - I thought the movie file was just not working but today I turned on my computer to find MSN not working etc.

I opened Task Manager to find that b.exe was running and my CPU is now permanently 100%.

I opened my anti-virus (McAfee Security Suite 2009) but it was running very, very slowly. After about 5 minutes it had only scanned 20 or so files.
I tried again, a "quick scan" not a full scan, and it found no threats!!

I ended b.exe process, but my CPU was still 100% so I restarted the computer.

Now the anti-virus won't even open.
When I try to click even a legitimate search result in google, I get redirected to ad sites. I'm typing this from another computer.

Any ideas please?
