Question Total Security Version 4.52
Ok im really nervous and worried about my computer, I was just browsing and all of a sudden things started to pop up and it hadnt ever done it before, giving me errors like a bunch of code to copy C0000005 at address1400 aaco showing something called Exception! that was running in task manager. At first i just closed them, then i got to seeing it all the time, then seen a thing called Total Security Version 4.52 in the lil task bar on right near clock n stuff. When i would ctrl alt del to try and see what was running this big blueish looking screen behind it would say you have spyware when i closed the task manager it would go away. Now i read up and it said something that would automatically remove it but when i tried it said environment wouldnt work with it, So i tried installing avast first time i tried it freaked out and basically brought up that annoying you have spyware program went to a blue screen sayign a bunch of stuff so i shut it down and restarted again and finally got avast running. So now it is scanning, but im scared it wont get it, is there some program that will automatically uninstall and get rid of this? im hearing its a malicious virus or such and i really dont want to lose this comp i cant really afford to go out buy a new one whenever i feel like it. I can probably drop somethign if i can manage to open a browswer long enough to try installing to get rid of it or do you think avast may take care of the problem? This computer is older and running Windows 2000 too btw. I had mcafee on it but it wasnt as up to date but apparently didnt even catch it all so i unistalled and am running this avast to hope it works. Any suggestions would be SO THANKFUL for. Everything i find is only for windows xp or vista. Im not really good with computers but im trying my best here so hopefully its not too complicated. Thanks ahead of time.

Im about at my wits end on this, and theres alot of valuable info on that computer that i really dont want to lose, or i dont want to lose the computer period. Please anyone that can help me, even to try starting it in safe mode, im lost!
