Hello!

I recently pulled out my old Sony Vaio desktop to try and fix it again. Here are the issues I've run into:

- If I try to get on the internet using my D-Link wireless card, my computer freezes (I'm on the internet now using an ethernet cord and it seems to work fine). Also, when the wireless card is plugged in, the system freezes when booting up.

- I've tried to run the TrendMicro HouseCall, but everytime I click the button to launch HouseCall, my brower closes.

- Before I put this computer away (and let it sit for a few years), I would get the blue screen of death and my computer would shut down. It usually occured while I was running multiple programs or doing something "stressful" for my computer. I can't remember exactly what it said, but I believe it said it was dumping physical memory and to reboot. It did this multiple times... that's why I stopped using this computer for a while...

I'd like to format everything and restore it to factory settings, but I've misplaced the systems disks and Sony doesn't make them anymore. I hope this is enough info - I'm not sure what else to say. Any help would be greatly appreciated! I'm trying to salvage this poor thing. Thank you!!
