Please click here to download and install the HijackThis installer.

Run it and select Do a system scan and save a logfile.

The log will be saved in Notepad. Copy and paste the log in your next post.

Do not fix anything means not having HijackThis fix anything. Simply copy what you see in Notepad and paste it in your next post.

Your computer is infected. Please click on the Report button and kindly ask to be moved to the Malware Removal forum.

You also have traces of Norton you should remove by using the Norton Removal Tool. Norton is notorious for various conflicting issues when not properly uninstalled.

You're welcome!

The problem will be addressed by the Malware Removal team. You have malware redirecting your Web pages.

It's not fixed until someone has worked with you to remove the malware. The software you ran just creates a report. It doesn't do anything. Only certain people here can help you with this problem. You'll have to wait. It could be a while.
