google search returns blank page

I go to www.google.co.uk do a web search and it returns a blank page!
If I do "I feel lucky" search it works ok!
All other options IE Maps etc work correctly.
All other tried Search engines work ok.
I have replaced my PC with a back up and it has the same problem!!
HELP !!
