"Unauthorized Change Made to Windows"
When i boot my laptop everything seems to run smoothly, albeit a bit slowly. I get to the screen where I pick which user to log in as, but when I input password and log in, I get a black background and a popup that says "An unauthorized change has been made to windows" I then get the options to either go online to fix the problem, or close and go back to the log in screen.

Problem is, I can't seem to connect to any microsoft.com websites, so the support link won't work for me. Can anyone help me connect to Microsoft's servers or, better yet, tell me how to fix the entire problem?
