Hi, thanks for providing some hope and help! I've seen similar posts, but want to make sure I do the right things on our computer so I don't mess anything up. When we are online, there apear to be invisible Internet Explorer windows open (I can see multiple iexplorer processes under task manager). Often while online a Windows error message pops up that says for security reasons Internet Explorer will need to be closed; we click 'ok,' but the IE window WE are on is not closed (leading me to believe a different, unseen window does get closed). It's happening more and more. Also, many times we hear audio, particularly "Congratulations! You've won..." It's annoying, but we are also concerned that someone somehow is getting access to our PC and information.

I've of course run multiple antivirus and spyware scans, and cleaned up a lot of horrible adware/junk we got when my girlfriend created a Meez last year, but even while online now I am experiencing the issue.
