Unhappy I need help getting rid of Antivirus Pro 2010.
Hello I am in need of alot of help. About 3 weeks ago my computer got a virus. I don't know how but one day i turned off my computer (as is in my routine) and started it the next day to find the program "Antivirus Pro 2010" on my desktop.

I had no idea how it installed itself onto my computer but i don't care about that. I need help getting rid of it. Its annoying. I can't get on the internet becuase it stops loading my pages that i go to and says "Severe risk for infection" and has these annoying pop-ups that appear every 2 minutes.

My computer teacher gave me a flash drive with "Malware Bytes Anti-malware" on it to use. (For he's dealt with Antivirus Pro 2010 before with this program) I installed it and it only got rid of half of the virus.

I'm sure i don't need to explain the specs of Antivirus Pro, but in general its a rogue malware that every time i log on to my computer it brings a pop up saying "YOUR COMPUTER IS INFECTED" Of course, this is a fake. For my program i use on my computer is iolo System Mechanic Professional. But SMP couldn't find the malware when it ran a full system scan.

So i tried Malware Bytes. Ran a full system scan, it picked up half of the virus, and quarantined it. I then deleted the quarantine files. BUT then it had to update its software so when Malware Bytes updated, it had a faulty code or somethin so now it wont even load.

So here i am now. I have a computer that has Antivirus Pro 2010 on it and have tried everything possible to get rid of it. I've even went into the registry to fix it with no luck. I've also booted the computer in safe mode to try to fix it there but with no avail. And lastly i have tried system restore but to my dismay the Antivirus Pro 2010 disabled it. When i clicked on the system restore icon it said " System restore has been turned off due to group policy. Please contact your domain administrator." Well I AM THE DOMAIN ADMINISTRATOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So please help me. I need to get rid of this thing A.S.A.P. Any help would graciously be appreciated!
