I have not installed any new programs or besides antivirus / spyware programs after the constant freezing already began.

I am still able to move the mouse but it just shows a blank screen. This happens when my computer goes into screensaver mode or when I am just surfing the web. This has never happened to me before so I dont know how to go about solving this problem.

I have the following programs and run them religiously.
Adaware
Spybot
CWShredder
Antivirus:
Avast
Sophos

I ran all these programs and removed any spyware or viruses present but still the freezing occurs. I have provided my HIjackThis log file as well. Please helpp me solve this problem if you can. Thanks everybody!
