3rd Posting Same Issue...Somebody Please Help

Browser Hijack? PC takeover? Just not sure...
I am having issues with a very slowed system and each time i try to sign into my bank account, after entering my log in information, I get redirected to a page asking for all my personal and banking info...acc't number,etc. I have XP Home Edition 2002 SP3. I initially posted with my HJT log on 10/23 but received no responses but I know this is a busy time. I will rescan and repost after giving a little more information here. Thanks for help in advance. By the way, if i am not providing enough information, someone please tell me what else is needed.
I have run Avast in safe mode and regular mode(last time i did this it was with system restore turned off), I scanned with Panda(free online scan) and manually deleted suggested corrupted files, updated Spybot s&d and deleted bad "found" entries. Each time after doing this, I go back to the bank account and the info harvesting page shows up. My wife talked to the bank and they assured us it was no them asking for the info. Please help...i cant beat this one. Anyone??Anyone??? I'm thinking this might possibly have something to do with my wireless router, but I really have no answer. I have continued to run scans, update,run more scans(anti-virus,mal-ware,spyware...) and still get no results. Anyone??

Download ATF Cleaner by Atribune.

Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
Under Main choose: Select All
Click the Empty Selected button.

Click Exit on the Main menu to close the program.

Download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from Here.

Double Click mbam-setup.exe to install the application.

Make sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
Once the program has loaded, select "Perform Quick Scan", then click Scan.
The scan may take some time to finish,so please be patient.
When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to Restart.(See Extra Note)
The log is automatically saved by MBAM and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.
Copy&Paste the entire report in your next reply.

Extra Note:

If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove,you will be presented with 1 of 2 prompts,click OK to either and let MBAM proceed with the disinfection process. If asked to restart the computer, please do so immediatly.

Go here and click the green icon to download SuperAntiSpyware 4.29.1004.

Close all open windows, then install them. Make sure the definition files get updated during the install process.

Start SUPERAntiSpyware and run a "quick scan" with it. When the scan is finished, select and allow it to fix EVERYTHING it finds.

Restart the computer and post a new hijackthis log.

Thank you for replying to my posting. It is much appreciated. Before beginning, should I delete current versions of MalwareBytes and SUPER Anti spyware free edition, which are updated as I have run them both this morning, and re-download them?

All the entries you mentioned are gone except the last one (O18 - Filter hijack: text/html - {6a8c4c93-417e-4fb0-9aba-c91a911009c0} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\mst122.dll) which I have checked and attempted to fix/delete. I will post the log,restart and report in a minute. The real test will be in whether or not I get the redirect on my banking sign on page.

I also have another question...we have a wireless laptop which uses the same router for signal. If the router is the "route" into my system, this would likely mean that the laptop is compromised as well,right? Are there preventive steps I should be taking with the laptop or should we just work on one issue at a time. So far we havent been re-routed on the laptop when signing into the banking website. This has only occurred on the desktop machine.
By the way, the bank has assured us that the redirect page asking for information is not part of their website.

Download OTS.exe to your Desktop and double-click on it to extract the files. It will create a folder named OTS on your desktop.

Close any open browsers.
If your Real protection or Antivirus intervenes with OTS, allow it to run.
Open the OTS folder and double-click on OTS.exe to start the program.
In Additional Scans section put a check in Disabled MS Config Items and EventViewer logs
Now click the Run Scan button on the toolbar.
The program will be scanning huge amounts of data so depending on your system it could take a long time to complete. Let it run unhindered until it finishes.
When the scan is complete Notepad will open with the report file loaded in it.
Save that notepad file

Use the Reply button, scroll down to the attachments section and attach the notepad file here.

NOTE: The only people who can see attachments in the HJT forum are: the thread starter, Admins & Mods, and HJT Helpers & Trainees.

As for the router you may want to do a full reset and make sure to secure it properly. Look at the mfg web site for details on how to accomplish those tasks.

I just tried signing into my bank account and got the redirect screen again so something in there is trying to hijack me. My system is still booting up very,very slowly.
