Your patience is appreciated.  Installed Program List I would be helpful to see a list of programs installed on your computer.
Please click the Save List... button and specify where you would like to save the list. Once you click Save, the list will open in Notepad. Simply copy and paste the entire contents of Notepad in your next post along with a new HijackThis log.

Rootkit scans often produce false positives. Do NOT take any action on any "<--- ROOKIT" entries Note: Do not run any programs while Gmer is running. Scan with RSIT
In your next reply, please include gmer.txt, log.txt and info.txt.
