Freddy Krueger virus

Hey tech guy,
I have a virus that is like Freddy Krueger and Michael Meyers, everytime I kill it, it shows back up. It comes up under Avira anti virus and it is TR/BHO.whc.15. I scanned with avira, super antispyware, malwarebytes, and this thing wont die. It puts a blue and white shield on my lower icons in the start up, then when I try to click it, it disappears. So I tried start up programs and couldnt get it out that way either. Any ideas?
