Help me remove Adssite Browser Optimizer, SearchAssist and Rightonads Browser Optimiz

Hi,
I was looking through my Add or Remover Programs to see if anything virus or malware has been installed because my computer has been running a bit slower and my internet explorer and firefox has been running slower. I found these and looked them up. Could you help me remover them please safely.

My Microsoft Internet Explorer keeps chrashing, occasionally so does firefox. And my computer seems to take forever to start up and can sometime run slow.
