Hi all, my main computer seems to have just gone into utter melt down recently.
It kept warning me that i had not much memory left, granted i did have alot of stuff on it however i deleted some of the more taxing programmes and deleted files that i did not really need.
That solved that but one day when i came to switch it on it was stupidly slow, things had changed ie. the ayout of my desktop and my taskbar changed (which i found to be really weird) and programmes did not work,they just opened then became un -responsive.
Things such as mozzila, photoshop,itunes etc would not open and when they did they just froze, additionally when i clicked on the windows icon(start)it just froze up on me and wouldnt do anything.

Now when it turns on it either freezes or boots but will then get to a stage where it goes so slow that the screensaver comes on and then it stays on that as it freezes.Or sometimes if i am lucky i can get into my documetns before that become un-responsive.

As a result i thought ok ill clean it up etc deleted as much s**t as i could and ran HJT to post on here however whever i do so it gets to thinking about loading the final log file and closes it self.I have tried it in safe mode with no such luck.However the problems of the speed obviously are not apparant in safe mode.

And now the internet seems to be playing up;when mozzila is opened it says unabel to show page on ever single page ive tried.All of which is strange as my laptop still works on the wirless so it is not the connection etc, it is quite clearley the given pc.

So really could someone point me in the right direction as i really dont know what to do now. Is there another programme that i can run to get a similar log file to HJT or something, so that a user can analyze the results here and offer me a solution to get my comp working again.

I really have come to a dead end and need this pc back and working as it is not only me that uses it.
