pc shut down

please help, win xp pro starts & shuts down same with safe mode. error codes are coooo142 coooo135 unable to locate component vct3216.dll, coooo145( application error).error 5,emm386.exe has found a fault. stop: coooo21a( fault system error ). 0x0eedfade

was able to install windows xp proffessional set up discs ( six of them on 1.44 ) but when it asks for the disc win xp pro service pack 2 it does not recongnize?

tried to reinstall xp cd but no good ? any suggestions!!!
