hello, I am unable to run any sort of virus scan or bot scan I have tried several and they keep stopping on this file

c:\WINDOWS\system32\critical_warning.html

also adding this. I am getting a message when I restart my computer that asks me to update winupdate86.exe

I am leery of this because this came from someones myspace page when I clicked on their page and it told me I needed to update that file to my computer I didnt and now everytime I restart it asks me if I want to run that file.

I also cannot restart my computer unless I actually press and hold the power button
