Just got CRIPPLING virus Please help.
Ok so i will try and be as detailed as possible about what happened, and what is happening.(bear with me though i am typing this all from memory on another computer because i cant on mine.) I was on torrentscan.com and i believe(not 100% sure) but i clicked on the btjunkie search and while trying to leave the page a pop up notification came up about me having viruses blah blah with ok and cancel so i canceled and then another one came up with only an ok option and i tried closing it which brought back up the other window again and so on and so on. Anyway, while this was going on i noticed some quick flashing IE pop ups(i Always use firefox) and i thought uh oh as soon as i saw that. I terminated firefox from the process manager and re opened it which brought me back to the page because firefox restarts your tabs, so i terminated it again and re opened it one more time but this time closed the tab real fast.
I thought everything was going well until i noticed a notification in the bottom right task bar saying something about me being at risk blah blah from something called security tool. Now i knew that wasnt real and i tried to close it and all but everything went down hill from there. The computer got very slow, more notifications popped up, the start bar said new programs added, and my background went completely grey. Two things were installed(as far as i can tell. There are two new shortcuts on my desktop) Security Tool and Control Center. Now i looked up how to remove the Security Tool virus and i believe i could do that however my computer is almost 100% unusable at this point, ill go over whats happening.
Let me first say that i have a logitech keyboard with a screen on it that can tell me how much cpu and memory my computer is using. I also took a few quick pictures with my phone of some of the messages. So, i start up windows and it starts, i immediately hit Ctrl alt del and close the process for security tool(its a random set of numbers.exe). I get an error from my western digital button manager(it handles my western digital external hdd's) which i have never seen. My logitech keyboard profiler pops up which is odd because it never does that on start up. Also Dell Quickset pops up which never happens at start up. All of these programs keep poping up over and over if i close them. And certain ones like the WD error creates about 30 instances of itself in the start bar. Another error saying "Unknown Handler"
Unable to find an application to handle the protocol "C" of the hyperlink you selected.
Please type in the path of the application to handle this URL or click the Browse button." Again there are multiple instances of this. All the while all of this is going on my CPU is running at 100% consistently and my RAM usage is going up steadily. In the task manager many processes are repeated 4-8 times, like Ituneshelper.exe. Another strange thing about that is that all the repeats of Ituneshelper.exe have a space between helper and .exe so, Ituneshelper .exe is repeated 4-5 or more times. As far as i can tell more and more processes keep getting added over time and the computer gets slower and slower. I havent kept it on for a Really long time but it started at 70 something processes and got up to 130 and was using about a gig of ram. I also noticed some of these repeat processes dont use the exact same amount of ram as the others.
Now the final and biggest problem i think, is that i CANNOT use Safe Mode. My first thought was to start up in Safe Mode but after it loads all the files on the black screen, a Blue screen flashes Very quickly and the computer restarts. It never gets beyond this flashing blue screen in Any variation of the Safe Mode.
Needless to say there is VERY little to nothing i can do with my computer at this point other than hit the X on those re-occurring programs like quickset and wait two minutes for them to close, only to start up again. I CAN end a process very quickly at the start of windows starting, like how i close the security tool one. And that is about it.
Any suggestions from anyone? I feel like i might be screwed. And if i AM screwed and someone knows it, please tell me that as well. And if thats the case i would like to see if there is any way to save some of the data on my HDD(its a laptop so very easy to remove HDD). Thanks in advance.

PS sorry for the disarray of my post, i went very fast and just typed what popped into my head.
