mIRC keeps coming back I have a Dell Dimension 8400 Pentium 4 3.0 GHz with 3GB of RAM running WXP Pro sp3. I have uninstalled mIRC twice. The first time I thought I had solved the problem. The problem (a sound stuttering problem that sounds like a key is stuck) came back, so I looked for every other cause, and then discovered that mIRC was back. I booted into safe mode and uninstalled it again using jv 16 power tools 2009. When I restarted, it was back again. Now I'm thinking it must be some type of malware. If someone can help, I will post log files. Thanks in advance. |
