click.w3i

it seems that Firefox and Explorer are getting hung up looking for click.w3i.com. Is this a necessary part of the browsers? Do i need to install software from click.w3i.com? If this is a spyware or a virus, I cannot seem to get rid of it with Malwarebytes. Adaware or SuperAntiSpyware. I also have a subscription to AVG for their virus protection. Can you help me get back to the Internet. I am using my laptop (not affected by the problem)
