Solved: wscsvc.dll problem!! I am running Windows Vista Home 32 bit and the Security Center service doesn't show in service mangement instead their is something called "wscsvc" service that says that is has a "failure to report". I can't disable or start the service. I am running as an admin when doing this. Because of this everytime i boot up my computer it boot extremly slow but once it boot it work fine. Wscvsc is security center right? however security center cant turn on and i think it is because of this "failure to report".
I ran malwarebytes, spybot, and super anti spyware and they all found nothing. Also i ran nod32 and it found nothing. Last i ran combo fix and it found something however it start booting faster. I tried to replace the wscsvc.dll file by copying in from another vista home 32bit computer however that did nothing either.
