antimalware doctor removal
Hiya

Antimalware doctor/ mediafix70700en02 infected my compute at 00.32 and within an hour had managed to infect any program/system tool i opened except for firefox.
i cannot get onto the registry, i cannot download ANY programs, basically i'm pretty screwed. everytime i open anything e.g. control panel, task manager, run, i get blocked.
i found this out by tryin the online guides to remove it
any suggestions as to how i can get rid of it. i don't have anythin useful already installed on my desktop in terms of removal.

any assistance is greatly appreciated! thanks in advance
