virus!! what to do??
my daughters laptop has been hit with a virus thanks to facebook.its popping up all kind of anti-virus program screens and sending out emails.unfortunatly her nortan had expired.what to do?do i need to wipe it out and reload or can i buy a virus program on cd and install to clean it up.
