DreamWeaver: open the program ?
I copied DreamWeaver CS 5 from office computer to my PC. Now looking to "open the program" to begin to edit my webpage ... I see I have 13 sub-folders and hundreds of files ... I haven't found it yet.
OR is it that re-installation is needed on my PC ?
Please, guys, if you can point me in the right direction, i thank you for the support, and sorry i am negligent on this thing

Yes.
You cannot just copy the files and expect to run as complex a program as Dreamweaver. Among other things, large commercial software will generally have information nested away in the registry, and information specific to the computer it's installed on (so they'll generally refuse to run if it detects the computer has changed).

Hi and welcome Craig...
Josiah is right, you will need to check with your office admin people and see if they have a licensed copy of Adobe Dreamweaver on a CD, which you can install on your home PC...
