PHP help please
What files need public access in order for php pages to work?

I've deduced it down to the c:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32 directory. So whatever files need IUSR access are somewhere in that directory.

Well for awhile it was working when I had the entire SYSTEM32 directory with IUSR access, but suddenly now I'm getting a HTTP error 400.

???
